Before I ever stepped into ritual work, I learned the power of Psalm 91 through experience. There was a time in my life when I struggled with sleep paralysis. I would fall asleep and enter places that did not feel safe. My spirit would try to wake up, but my body would not respond. I could not speak. I could not move. And the dreams felt too real.

In those moments, Psalm 91 became my lifeline. Even when I could not physically speak, I learned to say it in my mind and call on that power from within the paralysis. Little by little, I realized I could pull myself out of the astral realm by reciting the prayer internally until my spirit returned to my waking body.

With time, I grew strong enough to control it. The fear faded. The paralysis loosened its grip. My dreams changed. And I learned that this prayer was not just words. It was protection. It was rescue. It was a spiritual weapon that brought me back home every time.
